SUPPLIES
Stamps: Fancy butterfly #002-004I, Egyptian Tablet
#027-002F, Large Frontal View Face #872-102J, Moon Writing #879-102J - by
Lasting Impressions with Panache.
Cardstock: White, black and Lavender.
Ink: Permanent black, lavender, apricot and light blue.
Other: Water brush, scissors, 2-way glue, Twinkling H20’s
in Blue Ice and Sweet Lavender, adhesive and copy paper.
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut lavender cardstock 8-1/2” x 5-1/2” scored and folded at
the 4-1/4” mark, with fold at top. Cut black cardstock 4” x 5-1/4”. Cut white
cardstock 3-7/8” x 5-1/8”.
On copy paper stamp Butterfly three times, Face and Moon
Writing once and Egyptian Tablet twice. Cut out. (Cut off antennae of
butterfly, cut out eyes from the face stamp to match image as shown on card)
Apply 2-way glue to backs to use a temporary masks. You may use post it note
paper instead if you wish.
Using permanent black ink, (I used a square cube) ink only
the eyes (not above the eyelids) and stamp onto white cardstock. Apply masks.
Stamp butterfly carefully over masked eyes. Apply butterfly mask. Stamp tablet
twice over butterfly to create circle. Apply masks. Stamp butterfly two more
times and mask. Stamp Moon Writing several times. You can move the Moon
Writing mask around as needed or make more than one. Stamp the tablet in open
areas that are left showing. Remove all masks carefully.
Using a water brush, color in the images as desired then
apply the Twinkling H20’s to main butterfly and eyes.
Adhere this to black cardstock then to lavender card.
